Green Dragon Thai Jasmine Rice 1Kg. is a variety of high quality rice which is traditionally from Thailand. Frequently served alongside various curries, braised or roasted meats,  basmati rice is sometimes served plain but often flavored with turmeric or saffron, both of which impart a characteristic yellow hue.

Preparation:

Put 2 cups of water into a heavy saucepan and bring to the boil. Stir in 1 cup of Fragrant Rice. Cover, vent the cover lower heat and simmer for 10 mins. Remove from heat and stand for 5 mins. Fluff with a fork as required.
