For best result wash and soak rice in water for 120 minute. Rinse and drain off water before cooking. Add rice to boiling water and cook for 10 – 15 minutes on medium heat with lid off pan until rice is tender. Drain off excess water and keep the pot on medium heat with lid on till the rice swells and grains stand apart form each other.
