Typical values dry rice per 100 g:
- Energy 1505 kJ/355 kcal
- Fat 0,7 g (of which saturates 0,2 g)
- Carbohydrate 78,6 g (of which Sugars 0,7 g)
- Protein 7,9 g
- Fibre 1,2 g
- Salt 0,03 g
Allow 60 g per portion. Bring pan of water to boil and add the rice. Simmer for 15 – 18 mins. Drain well and serve.
