Preparation (200 g):
Soak 1 cup (200 g) rice in water for 15 minutes, then drain out the water. Boil 6 – 8 cups of water. Add soaked rice. Cook uncovered for 15 – 20 mins on medium heat while stirring occasionally. Remove from stove ad drain out the water. Serve.
