1. The seller has the right of adjustment the Prices listed for all goods during the day to be always current. For buyers the decisive prices valid at the moment of booking.
2. All the prices as displayed at www.topasainfoods.com includes DPH/VAT. Packing and shipping expenses are additional. Price increase is only possible with timely legal notice in case conditions to fulfil the contract changes between the order payment and order fulfillment.
After entering your personal data, payment method, and confirming shopping you are bound to contract of buying the goods ordered in the shopping cart. The confirmation (via email) of receipt of the order follows immediately after placing your order.

4. Cash on Delivery
We offer COD (Cash on Delivery) as well but you will have to pay COD Charges that is vary from country to country (20Kc to 30KC). It is a hassle-free, simple option so that you no longer have to look for local cards and accounts to shop with us online.
1. All orders are dispatched though shipping companies so no pick up options is available.
2. All Order are dispatched within 2/3 business days from receiving order date.
3. We recommend you on delivery please carefully check your order contents and If there is a difference between delivery and invoice please contact sales dept asap via email/tel.
4. Claims for the damage of goods during transport will not be accepted without protocol from courier company
Withdrawal from Contract and Return of Money
In accordance with act no. 367/2000, customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the contract without specifying the reason. If you choose to withdraw at this time, please follow the following terms:
Goods must be unused, genuine packaging of goods, may not be changed or damaged. Protective foil must be intact and undamaged.
Please send order cancelation information via e-mail address including invoice number, purchase date, address and bank account information (if you want to return money to your account). Don't ship cash on delivery.
Goods-pack and invoice copy delivered to our address. Company manager available on our website.
In accordance with the above terms and conditions for return of goods send money for goods or transfer to account within 7 business days of goods takeover.
In the event that any of the above terms and conditions will not be your withdrawal from the consumer accept the agreement.
Refusal of orders by Seller
After the order confirmation at www.topasainfoods.com seller can refuse the order in following case.
1. if the customer is not reachable via telephone or email,
2. If customer have outstanding Balance of previous orders still exist,
3. If Customer necessary data (payment means, address, etc..) is missing.
4. If the article ordered is not available in appropriate quantity or not available at all, we reserve right to cancel the order and return back the customer’s money. In such cases the customer will be informed immediately about the delay or cancellation.
