Our brown basmati has the bran layer intact providing natural goodness and a nutty flavour. Naturally sun-kissed, matured grains for exceptional taste. Each batch is purity tested to remove inferior grains.

Preparation:

Put 60 g of rice per person into a pan of boiling water. Cook on a medium heat for 25 mins, drain, cover, let stand for 3 mins then lightly fork throught the grains and serve.
